Mediator's Report

During our transition to electronic reporting, we are asking mediators to submit two reports:

  1. Download the PDF and email the completed form to jpinfo@missoulacounty.us for Missoula County Justice Court, and

  2. Complete the Google Form to submit your report to the CDRC.
