Volunteers Always Welcome
Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do at the Community Dispute Resolution Center (CDRC).
From mediators who help people find understanding to behind-the-scenes supporters who keep our programs running smoothly — every role matters.
We welcome volunteers who can only donate a few hours a month or who can commit to a longer project. Community comes from people, and communication is the heart of community. Nothing is built alone… and it is exciting to see what we can build together,
🌱 Help Us Build the System That Builds Peace
In addition to direct service, we’re working to strengthen our infrastructure — creating easy-to-follow systems that make it simple for anyone to step in and carry the work forward.
If you enjoy organization, design, technology, or improving processes, you can help us build a model of sustainability that other community programs can learn from.
Think of it as an infrastructure-building project for a mission-driven, community-centered nonprofit.
We are currently updating our Volunteer Opportunity roles.
