The Foundations of Mediation is a 40-hour, in-person course that teaches the principles and practice of facilitative mediation—a structured, communication-focused approach used to help people find common ground.
Through live roleplays, small-group exercises, and real-world case simulations, participants develop tools to manage conflict with confidence and empathy.
Upon completion, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion and qualify to move forward into the CDRC Mentorship Program—your pathway to becoming a qualified CDRC mediator.
